     There are so many myths, gimmicks, and easy buttons in the world of nutrition that it is hard to know where to begin.  I am thrilled to say that you won't find any of those things with my nutrition program.  I believe in eating healthy foods, timing your meals properly, maintaining healthy insulin levels, and living a healthy lifestyle.  I will help you lose weight, and teach you how to maintain that weight with a healthy lifestyle.  So if you are tired of yo yo diets, magic pills with crazy side effects, and cutting calories to ridiculous lows, then lets find the right program for you.

     For those of you looking to add lean muscle mass, I can help you in that department as well.  I will provide a nutrition program that will give you the calories that you need to add the type of mass that you want.  We will review your workout regimen and make sure that we are timing your macro-nutrients appropriately, and we will discuss post workout nutrition so that you can make the most of the time that you spend in the gym.

     When you join my nutrition program I will send you the specifics, you will receive a list of acceptable foods, a nutrition protocol that will tell you how much to eat and when to eat it, and the guidelines that you must follow with an explanation as to why you should follow them.  I like to teach my clients how to plan meals, choose the right foods, and a little about how their body reacts to those foods, so that they can maintain their new lifestyle for years to come.

On-line Training Programs
           
     I know what your thinking....on-line personal training, what?!?  On-line Programs are great for individuals who are familiar with the gym and working out, but need fresh ideas.  When you enroll in the on-line training program you will receive a new workout every month that is formatted to meet your individual goal, whether that is leaning out, bulking up, increasing athleticism, or improving health.  So if you don't really need the supervision or expertise of a one on one personal trainer, but you are sick of the same old workout program, this is what you are looking for.  Monthly workout programs are available for only $30 per month.
