Training and Nutrition Programs
    
       My programs are very back to basics.  They follow proven methods with no crazy potions, powders, or pills.  You will a eat healthy, well balanced diet.  I do not eliminate any food groups entirely.  Your body, from head to toe, will prove that this lifestyle is the what our bodies were designed for.
     The workout programs are a mixture of old-school, and new age.  I am constantly researching new methods to get the most out of each workout, but I also believe that there are a lot of great methods that have been in place for years.  I place a lot of emphasis on injury prevention and posture so that we keep you healthy.  I promise these programs will not disappoint no matter what your fitness level is.
     On-line Programs are great for individuals with a busy schedule.  When you enroll in an on-line program I will email you all of your program information to be reviewed as you please.  You will have access to my "Members Only" page, where you will find a workout glossary, complete with videos, to help familiarize you with the exercises, and you will be required to check in with me once a week with your current stats.  I will keep your program fresh, and we will adjust it as your body requires.  I have had fabulous results with my on-line programs, and truly feel that anyone can follow these programs irregardless of their experience.

          
     *My "Blue Print" nutrition program will give you the tools you need to understand basic nutrition.  I will send you a nutrition protocol based on your specific body chemistry and goals.  Your nutrition protocol will explain exactly how much you should be eating at every meal.  I will update your nutrition protocol as your body requires to insure that you are consistently losing weight. You will be provided with a list of approved foods and shown how to build your own menus.  $50 per month 
    
     *My "Simplicity" nutrition program takes all of the guess work out of preparing healthy meals.  If it is difficult for you to find the time to plan healthy meals and come up with new ideas, this is the program for you.  I will email you weekly menus that explain exactly what to eat at each meal.  I will consider your body chemistry, goal, and your likes and dislikes when preparing your menus.  I will also give you the tools to understand some basic nutrition rules that you will be able to use for the rest of your life to maintain your healthy new lifestyle.  $160 per month.

     *On-line Training will solve your workout blues.  I will build monthly workout programs that are built specifically to your needs and send them to you via email.  You will have access to my "Members Only" page, where you will find a workout glossary, complete with videos, to help familiarize you with the excercises.  No more wandering around the gym not knowing what to do next.  With this program you will get the most out of the time you spend in the gym.  $30 per month.

    
     *On-line Contest Prep is designed with the competitor in mind.  This package includes nutrition protocol that is tailored to your body and specific competition, and monthly workouts designed to make sure that we unveil your best physique.  I will be there every step of the way to help you with all of the details, including posing, tanning, suit selection, makeup and hair tips, water and sodium protocol, and much more.  Basically I will use every ounce of knowledge I have to make sure that you look great on stage!  $110 per month, three month minimum

In Home Personal Training

With a variety of tools ranging from a stability ball, to dumb bells, and some good old fashioned hard work, we will have you to your goal weight in no time.  Let me bring the gym to you. 

 

Individual- 18 sessions for $540
(typically 6 weeks)


Individual- 12 sessions for $420
(typically 4 weeks)


Couple/Pair- 18 sessions for $360 ea.
(typically 6 weeks)


Couple/Pair- 12 sessions for $300 ea.
(typically 4 weeks)

(There will be a mileage charge if the commute is further than 15 miles)
