New Arrival!He's finally here! Charles William McKinnies arrived May 17th at
7:00 pm. He was 7lbs 3oz and 20 inches long. For everyone who hoped that labor would be Mother Nature's revenge
for all those tough workouts, sorry to disappoint, he was delivered 45 minutes after checking into the hospital.

Sorry it's been so long!Hey everyone!
Sorry that it has been so long since I posted anything. For those of you who don't already know, I am 9 months
pregnant, and hoping to deliver soon. My husband and I are excited for the arrival of our new baby boy, Charles William
McKinnies.
I am glad to say that Boot Camp, Nutrition Programing, and Team Impact have still been going strong.
Boot Camp classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at 6:30 pm in the Emmett Junior High. For more
info check out my "Boot Camp" page.
Team Impact has been very busy lately. Coleen and Heather
H. hit the Empire Classic in Spokane, WA last month. Both ladies did very well, and I am extremely proud of them.
Rachel competed right here in Boise, ID in the Women's Bodybuilding Division on May 1st. Not only did she take
first in her class but she won the Overall Title and earned her NGA Pro Card! Way to go ladies!
I am
building a team for the Kiwani's Fun Run on June 19th during the Cherry Festival in Emmett, ID. If you are interested
in joining please let me know and I will send you a registration form, and get your order for the team shirts.
