I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consultant, and Contest Prep Coach. I am also an NPC Figure Competitor and Fitness Model. I have helped numerous clients loose weight, feel healthier, and even helped them to get on stage. I would love the chance to help you walk the path to a fitter life, whether you are interested in losing a few pounds, increasing athleticism, or stepping on stage. I am interested in helping individuals at every level of fitness, and with any type of goal.

Made it back from Cali!

Made it home from California safe and sound after several weather delays. The photo shoot went great! Mike Byerly is an amazing photographer! We took almost 1100 pix so I should have some new ones to post to the site here real soon.

I posted some pix from the Arnold below and added some more to the "Photo Gallerey" page. Hope you like 'em!

Update

I am so sorry that I haven't posted any pics from my recent photo shoot. I am just waiting to receive the web version from the photographer. We had a blast at the Arnold Classic! There were definitely a lot of amazing physiques walking around. I happened to become friends with a photographer named Mike Byerly while I was there, he is wonderful. I will be flying to California this weekend for a photo shoot with him. I am really looking forward to it, he has phenomenal photos. I encourage you to check out his site www.mikebyerlyphoto.com. Still counting down to the Empire Classic 5 weeks, 2 days!

Headed to Columbus

The photo shoot went great! I hope to have some new photos to upload next week. Now I am gearing up to head to Columbus OH, to the Arnold Classic. I am so excited! I will bring back a video journal to post to the site, so stay tuned.
